The Developer page would be a good place to start researching.  Subdivisions that collect dues can provide a subsidy to help get the boxes installed and then pass the savings onto the homeowners.

This single locking mailbox is made of steel for those who don't particularly like replacing their mailbox every few months or having their mail stolen.  This will be a nice choice for those who have driveway delivery or those folks who get their mail at the end of the road in a "string" of boxes.  They have a mail slot at the top where the carrier drops the mail down into the lower locked box.  They have a separate covered outgoing ledge, the lock has two keys and the steel matching pedestal is included.  Comes in four colors, currently white and green in stock.
